About These Terms
These terms apply to all Morocco tours booked with Atlas Morocco Tour. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the conditions below. Please read them before you book and feel free to ask us anything you are unsure about.
Making a Booking
We offer two types of tours. On a private tour, the vehicle and guide are exclusively for your group, with no other travellers joining. On a group tour, you travel with other participants as described on the tour page.
Once you have agreed to all aspects of your tour, we will send you an invoice with payment details. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of an advance payment of 20% to 30% of the total amount.
The remaining balance can be paid in cash. Until we receive your deposit, your dates are not reserved.
What Is Included
Each tour page on our website lists what is included and excluded for that specific itinerary. The inclusions below apply to most tours. Check the tour page for anything specific to your booking.
– Air-conditioned vehicle and fuel
– English-speaking driver-guide
– Accommodation as described in the itinerary
– Meals as listed (typically breakfast daily; some lunches and dinners)
– Desert camel trek and camp experience where applicable
Not included unless stated: international flights, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, tips.
Cancellation by You
We understand that plans change. Please inform us in writing as soon as possible if you need to cancel your trip. The cancellation fee depends on the number of days between your written notice and your tour start date.
– Cancelled 30 days or more before departure: deposit is payable
– Cancelled 14 days or more before departure: 50% of the total price is payable
– Cancelled less than 7 days before departure: no refund is payable
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation costs.
Cancellation by Us
In the very unlikely event we need to cancel your tour, for example due to extreme weather, civil unrest, or circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as early as possible and offer either a full refund or alternative dates. We are not liable for costs you have incurred separately such as flights or accommodation, which is another reason we recommend travel insurance.
Changes to Your Itinerary
We can usually adapt your itinerary before or during the tour to suit your preferences. If a significant change affects the tour price, we will agree the adjustment with you in advance. Minor route changes due to road conditions or weather are at the driver’s discretion and do not affect the price.
Pickup and Arrival
We offer pickup from hotels, riads, airports, and ferry ports across Morocco, including Marrakech, Casablanca, Fes, Tangier, and other cities. Your pickup location and time will be confirmed before your tour begins. Please ensure your accommodation details are correct when booking.
Your Responsibilities
By booking a tour with us, you confirm that all members of your group are in reasonable health and able to participate in the activities described. If anyone in your group has a medical condition or mobility requirement that may affect the tour, please tell us at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.
You are responsible for having valid travel documents (passport, visa if required) for Morocco. We do not accept responsibility for issues arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, border closures, pandemics, or serious civil unrest. In such cases, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
