Atlas Morocco Tour is a private tour operator based in Morocco. We organise custom tours across Morocco, including Sahara desert trips and imperial city itineraries departing from anywhere in Morocco.

What Information We Collect
When you submit our contact form or reach us via WhatsApp, we receive the details you share: your name, email address, and information about your planned Morocco trip (travel dates, group size, preferred tour).
Our website also uses Google Analytics to measure traffic. This collects anonymised data such as pages visited and approximate location. No names, no personal identification. Google Analytics may transfer this data to servers in the United States under standard contractual clauses.
Why We Collect It
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare your tour itinerary, and manage your booking. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and contractual necessity (managing your booking).
How Long We Keep Your Data
Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months. Booking records are retained for up to 5 years as required for accounting purposes. After those periods, your data is deleted.
